35mm 4000dpi Film Scanner

• High 4000dpi Optical Resolution

If you need to capture every last bit of detail from your 35mm

film then this scanner will achieve it for you. 35mm film can be

printed to A3 size with pre-press quality or small portions of an

image can be scanned with no loss of detail.

• High Density 42-bit CCD (4.3Dmax)

High resolution is combined with a highly sensitive CCD to

deliver maximum detail in highlight and shadow areas

extremely accurate colour values.

• FireWire and USB Connectivity

We include a PCI FireWire card (Windows) for those who need

maximum performance. FireWire scans up to twice as fast as

the SCSI interface used in the ArtixScan 4000t.

• Advanced Auto-Focus System

The ArtixScan 4000t Auto-Focus System moves the film holder

leaving the lens fixed, onlike other scanners. This system

delivers maximum dynamic range and hence, image quality.

• Multi-Sampling Support

Whilst the quality of professional CCD based scanners

continues to improve, multi-sampling can further reduce

unavoidable random noise. Scan times are longer but often the

end result can be dramatically improved.

• Mac OS X and Windows XP Compliant

SilverFast Ai Pro 6 is fully compatible with Mac OS X (in native

mode) and Windows XP. Plug-in is fully Adobe Photoshop 7

compliant.

• SilverFast Ai

Pro 6 with Scratch & Dust Removal

SilverFast Ai Pro is a professional scanning solution that

delivers brilliant scans from the ArtixScan 4000tf. Includes dust

& scratch removal, ICC calibration, grain reduction and adaptive

colour restoration (see page 3 to 5).
